We have attempted to accurately depict the colors of the products offered on this site. However, because the color you see is dependent on your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that the color you see will be accurate. The products also may appear larger or smaller than their actual size depending on your monitor. Many images have been enlarged to show detail.

All of our loose diamonds are accompanied by diamond grading certificates issued by either the Gemological Institute of America or the American Gem Society. If you return a loose diamond to us, the respective diamond certificate must be included. If it is not included you will be charged a replacement fee for the certificate.

We do not allow comparison purchasing.  Comparison purchasing is the act of buying several items with the intent of keeping one item and returning the rest.  This causes undue restocking and inventory overhead and is very costly.  If you have questions regarding items listed on our site we urge you to contact out customer service department.
