Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions before sending in a return. When returning an item, please include all original packaging and documentation. Improperly packaged items will be refused. Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected by our Quality Assurance department and a refund or credit issued within a few days. Please note that items showing signs of wear, or that have been altered, or damaged cannot be accepted. Custom made items and special orders are not returnable.
